1. Get laser-focused on what you want.

2. Eliminate limiting beliefs.

If your desires aren’t coming to fruition, it’s likely that you’ve unintentionally placed obstacles in your way. As Petsinis puts it, “Most of the time, you get in your own way by holding on to beliefs that don’t serve you. Make your dreams come true by saying them out loud in the present tense instead of the future tense. Some examples she gives are: “I am wealthy,” “I am healthy,” and “I have met my soul mate.”

5. Adopt a mental state of already being.

“Imagine yourself in your ideal life,” Caro advises. For example, “What would you do every day?” is one of the questions she suggests you ask yourself. What kind of work would you do? Is there anyone you’d like to have as a friend? If you can be as specific as possible, the better off you will be. 7. Ask for what you want. 

When you ask for what you want, you make your manifesting more powerful. The best way to get what you want is to ask for it out loud, Petsinis advises. “Definitively put what you want out into the universe by requesting it out loud,” he says.

For example, you can request a raise or commitment directly from your employer,” she advises. “You’ll make your wishes known, and it’ll be guaranteed to be on the other person’s radar,” even if it’s scary at first.

8. Practice gratitude.

When it comes to effective manifesting, Kennedy advises saying a simple mantra like, “I am so grateful I have everything I want and need,” before you open your eyes in the morning. ‘I deserve everything I want,’ I tell myself. We have everything we could ever want in this world at my fingertips.”
