According to Angelina Lombardo, the author of A Spiritual Entrepreneur, manifesting is making what you want to feel and experience a reality through your thoughts, actions, beliefs, and emotions.
What Does Manifest Mean Spiritually
What Does Spiritual Manifestation Mean
Many people have been practising manifesting for centuries, and it’s not a new idea. Manifestation techniques have been used by and taught by Laura Day, a New York Times bestselling author and practising intuitive, for over 40 years. For someone who has never heard of the concept of manifestation, Day says, “Scientific disciplines from physics to biology have produced convincing evidence that we live in a unified field of energy.” When it comes to the world and its creation, you are a part of it all. You can change the world by consciously connecting with a unified field of consciousness, and this is what spiritual manifesting is all about. ”
Dr. Deganit Nuur, a well-known clairvoyant, acupuncturist, author, and spiritual teacher, says: “When you’re flowing, not forcing, you’re spiritually manifesting. Rather than setting goals, you’re co-creating with the universe in this way. Your actualization is an extension of your light, not something separate from yourself. You ascend to a higher level of consciousness when you believe you are worthy of receiving it. As a result, instead of feeling helpless, you retain your authority (promotion, new house, car, romance, etc.). Your growth and who you become as a result of manifesting all that you’re imagining is what matters, not what you get paid, what you wear, or what your house looks like.”
As a result, despite the fact that many TikTok and Instagram videos show creators teaching people how to get what they want in life, it goes far deeper than that. Law of Attraction coach Chelsea Manigold attributes manifestation to “the Law of Attraction. Basically, it’s the belief that you can manifest whatever you want in life by altering your thoughts and attitudes. A fulfilling relationship, a rewarding career, or anything else you desire is within your reach through the practise of manifesting. The catch is that you must believe it is possible. For those who are unfamiliar with the Law of Attraction, it is the belief that positive or negative thoughts bring positive or negative experiences into a person’s life.
Laws of attraction, or manifestation, may be familiar to you. Because of this, The Secret, a 2006 best-seller with more than 30 million copies sold, focused on the process, as have other thought leaders like Deepak Chopra, Eckhart Tolle, Gabrielle Bernstein, and Iyanla Vanzant. When it comes to manifesting things, they all agree.
There are a few things to keep in mind, however: It is important to remember that manifesting is about making your dreams come true, but this doesn’t mean it will happen while you sleep or in the middle of the night. In our opinion, it’s a bargain for something that has the potential to have such a profound effect on your life:
Oprah told LinkedIn CEO Jeff Weiner in 2015, “You control a lot by your thoughts, and we control a lot by our joined thoughts…by what I [and we] believe.” It was only after realising this for myself that I began to be more circumspect about what I thought and what I asked for.” Why didn’t I think of this sooner?” What else am I capable of creating? Why? Because I’ve seen it work before. Over and over again, I have witnessed this.”
Let’s back up. What is manifestation exactly?
When it comes to manifesting, it’s all about bringing something tangible into your life through the power of attraction and belief. However, manifesting requires more than just a positive attitude and a strong will. To put it another way, “manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality… via your thoughts, actions, beliefs, or emotions.”
To start manifesting, be clear about your goals.
Lombardo believes that most people follow the same basic principles when it comes to manifesting. As a starting point, it’s essential to know what you want. If you want a new relationship or a better job, “know it and own it,” she advises. “You are the only one who dreams your dreams.”
One thing is for certain, however: Be as specific as you can with your intentions. In Lombardo’s words, “The more clear and concise, the better,” Develop a detailed picture of what your soul mate would look like instead of saying, “I want to meet my soul mate” (think: qualities, characteristics, values, etc.)
Once you’ve set your intention, ask for what you want—and write it down on paper.
When you’ve figured out what you want in life, it’s time to put out a call to the universe. Prayer, visualisation, speaking your intentions out loud, a “vision board,” and/or a “future box,” which is a container full of pictures of items you want to manifest are all ways to do this, but it’s important to say exactly what you want.
