Manifest While Sleep
A few days ago I was feeling a bit overwhelmed by all of the things that needed to get done. Then, in my inbox I got an email from one of our partners at work with some tips for getting more organized and efficient when it comes to managing your time—which is something everyone could use these days!
In particular she mentioned this 10 minute hack which sounds really interesting: Set up recurring 5-minute blocks on your calendar each day where you can plan out what needs doing or take care of tasks uninterrupted.
This idea resonated so much with me because like many people nowadays life feels too busy most times and we don’t always have enough hours in the day do everything that needs doing before bedtime arrives. However if we Dreamers, you’ve heard of lucid dreaming – dream state where your consciousness is awake and aware. But did you know that there are three different ways to have a sleep-induced lucid dream?
You can use binaural beats or hypnosis while sleeping in order to achieve this high level of awareness during the night. There’s also self-hypnosis treatment which allows one person become hypnotized with their eyes open by themselves without anyone else doing it for them!

Try The Pillow Method
Imagine your ideal life every night before you go to sleep. Write a positive affirmation on paper and place it underneath the pillow, letting it fill up with all of those good vibes while you’re in dreamland!
This “pillow method” is so simple yet effective that anyone can use this law-of-attraction technique at home for themselves without any prior experience or knowledge.
This is a common mistake that many people make when attempting to manifest their desires. For example, if you want to manifest love in your life and have been thinking about it for some time now but haven’t seen any changes yet then here’s what you need to do: Don’t say “I don’t want sleep alone anymore”.
Instead, tell yourself the following statement repeatedly on an hourly basis until something starts happening,” I am deeply in love with the most amazing partner.” Keep doing this every day and before long your desired outcome will be yours!
With the pillow method, instead of saying “I am no longer overweight” you say things like “I am slim and svelte at a size four.”
This way when your eyes are closed or after opening them from sleep they will be imprinted with this image in their subconscious mind which can then help influence behaviors for weight loss.

Try Visualization Before Sleeping
If you’re really looking for a good night’s sleep, then before bed visualize what it is that you want to manifest.
I tried this technique for a week and it was hard to sleep at night. I would keep my eyes closed but imagine every type of ladder imaginable, even ones that didn’t make any sense!
I’ve been doing this for a while now. I feel like it means something but then again, maybe not? It could just be that my mind is playing tricks on me and the ladders are actually nothing more than mere coincidences to keep up with modern trends in décor.
Two Weeks Later — It Happened!
I was invited to a Cirque de Soleil performance with some friends, and when I arrived there were these HUGE ladders.
One of the performers got up on one – which is not that unusual except for how tall it was! Several people including me found this entertaining because apparently he did manage to get onto the top without falling off AND would occasionally do flips in mid-air as well!
Then boom – RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF IT ANOTHER performer walked out from backstage (or should I say UPSTAGE) balancing his way across another ladder just like those ones we had been watching all night long WITHOUT EVEN FALLING OFF!!! And then he started doing backflips too!!!! It felt so good being part of something
Have you ever felt like nothing was going to come your way? That the law of attraction wasn’t working for you or that it didn’t exist at all. Don’t worry, it’s not just me! Most people have had a similar experience.
All we need is proof and I found mine in an experiment with visualization techniques which works wonders if done correctly day after day – even 5 days to one week can do the trick too (just try!).
The key here is consistency; making sure every night before bedtime when my thoughts are wandering freely from work stressors, family obligations and other worries-to make them stop by focusing on something small: a ladder, owl or cup of coffee as many times each evening until they become.

Ask Questions Before Sleep
Have you ever had a question that was on your mind and the answer to it just came to you out of nowhere? That’s because we don’t always know what is going on in our subconscious, but when we ask questions they can manifest indirectly.
How do you know if someone is telling the truth? Everyone has their own way of knowing and there’s no one answer that fits all.
In the morning, I take a moment to meditate on my gratitude for another day being given. If you’re not in that habit yet it can be tough but there’s no better way of starting your day than with an attitude of pure appreciation.
And if you wake up late and are running out the door after breakfast? Try writing down three things (or more) that made you happy or grateful in this past week as soon as possible- before life gets busy again!
I was feeling kinda meh and wanted to do something colorful, cute, fun, and inspiring. I asked my subconscious mind for some guidance just last night before going to bed. When I woke up this morning it hit me! This is the perfect project that will fill in all of those holes in my life!
