Does the world seem like a cold and dark place? Are you struggling with mental health issues, relationships or other things that are making it difficult to manifest your dreams into reality? I’m here to tell you there is hope.
You might be thinking “manifesting my dream life seems impossible when everything else in my life has been so hard lately. What if this continues for years before changing– how will I ever build a strong foundation on top of all these sand hills?
” Well guess what! Building up from an unstable base isn’t going to help anything–in fact, it could make thing worse because then something as small as shaking can cause your manifestations not only come tumbling down but also take out whatever stability was left.
I’ve never been ashamed to admit that I have mental health problems. It terrifies me how many people are struggling with their own battles and don’t even know where or how to start fighting back, but if you’re looking for some guidance then please take these words as a sign from the universe that it’s time for you to do something about your situation.
Recognize first of all that there is nothing wrong with taking care of yourself mentally because not only will this make life easier on everyone else around you (your loved ones included), it’ll also give them more hope in seeing “the old you” again soon enough – which leads us into our second point: be aware while traditional methods may help alleviate symptoms, they won
The best way to bring someone peace is with the power of words. I think that’s why we have so many different languages – it helps people communicate when they don’t speak each other’s language. In this light, my hope for you is in these few lines:
You’ll find beauty and meaning in a world where there was only pain before; You can be kinder than ever because your heart will always ache for those who are trapped alone inside their minds without any voice left to share what hurts them most; Everyone deserves love but if not everyone gets the chance then please know that at least one person thought about you today like never before.”

The following blog post is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice or mental health treatment.
It’s simply someone who has battled with their own mental illness and would like to share what helped them, in hopes that it will help others too.

The Mental Health Manifestation Ritual
Talking to our ancestors on a regular basis can be an amazing way to communicate with the other side, and it also helps us stay grounded in this life.
There’s no set ritual that works for everyone so you should do what feels right for you but I like talking out loud because it draws me back from my own thoughts into reality where I feel more present.
Talking openly about your problems is something many of those who have lost someone close will attest as being one of the most therapeutic things they could’ve ever done at that time; not only does verbalizing these feelings help break down any walls we may have put up while holding them inside, but doing so brings awareness by drawing attention away from ourselves and onto others which makes us less
I had a hard time trying to imagine that my ancestors even loved me in the first place.
I would lie awake at night and cry, because they weren’t there for any of it.
I just wanted them back so badly – but all was silent except for my own sobbing voice echoing throughout the empty space where their love should have been.
Not A Replacement For Professional Help
You’ve come this far, and now it’s time to take the next step. Here at YourTherapist, we want you to get help from a professional who understands your issues as they happen in real-time!
The reasons for wanting therapy can vary greatly.
Some people may need someone outside of their family or friend group with whom they feel comfortable sharing personal thoughts about themselves when times are tough – like after experiencing abuse or trauma; others might be looking for advice on how best to deal with mental health conditions such as depression that often go untreated due lack of knowledge around treatments available
I’ve always loved the idea of counseling — it feels like a chance to get things off your chest and purge those nasty feelings that can be so difficult on one’s mental health.
But I also have PTSD, depression, anxiety; you name it, there is something wrong with me! And while regular sessions do help my condition subside – sometimes for months at time- when faced again with true bouts of these conditions [sic] in life they are no match against what has been done before over the course of years.
So if we’re being honest here let’s just admit: It doesn’t wait because this vicious cycle never allows us any break from reality –it escapes our brain every single moment as well as fuels itself by abusing
Journaling Isn’t Enough
It’s difficult to confide in friends or family members when you are going through a tough time. You may worry that they find it annoying and don’t want to inconvenience them with your feelings, but the act of talking about what is bothering you can be very helpful for both parties!
It’s never easy telling someone how we feel if we’re struggling because then there is always a chance that person will think our issues aren’t worth much attention too.
But I promise: being open (and thereby making yourself more vulnerable) does help — not just by giving us an outlet where other people really listen, but also by allowing others the opportunity to support us as well
A journal can be a wonderful way to release. But what is better, stronger and different about talking? They say that the intention behind something so powerful can move mountains for you. Let me show you how it works step-by-step:

Mental Health Manifesting Ritual Instructions
Make sure you’ll be alone, undisturbed and unheard for at least 5-10 minutes. This is a time to take care of your mental well being by engaging in something that makes you feel good about yourself!
Smiling, you look out the window and reach for an old photo album. You know these photos are important because they show who your ancestors were before this world became so dark.
Lighting a candle on your windowsill, it’s time to call them in from the other side with love and gratitude as their bridge back home!
To keep your body and mind healthy, it is important to take time for yourself. Take a few long breaths deep in order to release all the built up stress from work or school.
Crying has long been seen as a sign of weakness by many people. So, if you’re feeling vulnerable and need to let it out in order to feel better about yourself, don’t be afraid – the worst that can happen is someone with close-minded opinions will look down on you for crying when they themselves would never cry.
The one thing that we all have in common is the ability to think and feel. These are abilities, like any other skill set or talent can be improved with practice and effort.
The feeling of being “in your head” comes from thoughts you’re focusing on without realizing it – so every time something pops into your mind (positive or negative), pay attention!
You may just get some answers for what’s going on inside yourself if you start exploring the thought further rather than letting them pop up randomly again next week
10- Paying attention to our thoughts means understanding how they affect us as well as those around us. What a difficult task this has proven itself to be over these past few weeks/months; however, when people take time now
I can’t believe I just did it! After all this time, here’s what finally kicked my butt into gear. The therapist called me out for not taking any notes during our session and told me to try something new or she would stop seeing me as a client.
It was so embarrassing, but being able to see things from the outside perspective changed everything about how I saw myself and who knew that pen in hand could be such an effective motivator?
You can’t really say goodbye to a place like this. It’s not that you don’t want to leave, but it feels more like saying goodbye is just the beginning of something new and exciting.
The world here at Camp Lazlo has been so welcoming with their warm smiles, bright eyes, and handshakes when we first got there–it was hard for us all to believe our time had come!
But now as I’m packing up my things in anticipation of going home tomorrow instead of Sunday morning because mom wanted me back early today “just for one day,” I am ready for another experience waiting out there on the horizon somewhere near or far from where ever life may take me next!
So as much as it pains me to have
Special Cases & Considerations
I know everybody’s situation is different. So maybe you don’t have space or time to do things exactly as I’ve said, which is totally fine because it’s all about YOU!
You make the rules and I’m just here to share what has worked best for me but you need to find a way that works within your lifestyle.
Maybe if there isn’t any personal space in your home where you can light candles and meditate then ditch the candle (or use an electronic one) so that instead of spending ten minutes deep breathing with no distractions at night before bed try five minutes alone in your car right after work listening only to yourself?
I understand not everyone will be able go through everything on my list every day-but this
Even if you can’t make it to the park every day, do what is possible. Once things improve and get lighter for you (and they will!), then making time a priority becomes easier when needed.
If your schedule doesn’t allow one minute of meditation per day, commit to just ONE MINUTE EVERY DAY!
How often do you take a moment to reflect on your day and reset? It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle of everyday life, but taking time for yourself can be immensely beneficial.
Take this short minute break from reading what I’m writing right now by doing nothing more than breathing deeply and telling yourself things are going according to plan–it will make all the difference!
